How we provide service to you,
Sales- We have closed our showroom to the public for the time being. However, we are still here, and happy to help you with any question and/or purchases you need. We know that certain appliances are essential, and we want to do our part to make this time in our customers lives as comfortable as possible. Parts & Service- Our Parts & Service department is still open. Although our main store is closed to the public, our phone lines and email are open for question, parts orders and service requests. If you require service or a part ordered please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call service at 705-748-9781 ext. 201. Please provide your contact information as well as the model of the product and a brief explanation of what you require. Ordered parts can be picked up at our warehouse doors.
Pick-up- When Picking-up we ask our customers to call at least 30 minutes ahead and be prepared with your credit card if you have a balance remaining to pay. We then ask you to back your vehicle up to the double green doors (not the ramp) at our warehouse and open your trunk or tail gate. Our warehouse staff will then confirm what your picking up and load it into your vehicle. While your vehicle is being loaded we ask that you remain in your vehicle until you are given the okay from our staff. We then ask you pull ahead out of the loading and secure your load before leaving.
Delivery- We are still delivery products Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. However products are now being delivered to the room of choice. We will not be connecting any appliances on delivery. Old appliances must be disconnected prior to delivery if removal is required. We will still unbox your product for you, and take away your old one (as long as it is already outside when we arrive). The delivery drivers will call 30 minutes ahead of your delivery to verify where you would like your unit placed and if you would like it unboxed. We ask that you please have you delivery location ready and cleared, and that you keep a safe distance ( 2 meters) away from the delivery staff.
